The design follows the new Intel “Open Pluggable Specifications” (short form: OPS).
This standard has been introduced by Intel.
Most major brands in the Digital signage field have adopted this standard.
The main advantage is the interoperability due to mechanical and electrical standardization instead of proprietary solutions.
That gives Digital signage vendors the freedom of choice and transforms the PC platform to a Plug and Play module.
AXIOMTEK is proud to be the world’s first manufacturer of Intel’s “Sandy Bridge” based OPS module that provides major improvements for the graphics and CPU performance while reducing power consumption.
Due to the increased performance, our system will playback 3D and Full HD content smoothly even when CPU is loaded with background applications like remote management which is another key feature of our solution.
The OFP320 is fully iAMT compliant which allow remote administration down to the BIOS level.
We believe that the digital signage market will recognise the benefits of OPS quickly and make it a widespread success.
